Not only have Dave and Dan been seeing Canada…Much sampling of culinary delights (i.e. anything with maple syrup) has been done too.

Wow, those things look yummy. I'm just a random web surfer who doesn't know you, but I think you should send some of those maple biscuits to your friends in australia. I bet whoever you used to live with must miss you a lot. If I were you I'd send some to those people.
